    КОЛИЧЕСТВО ЭРИТРОЦИТОВ

    Определение количества эритроцитов, или красных кровяных клеток, является частью общего анализа крови. Количество эритроцитов определяют в 1 микролитре (мкл), или кубическом миллиметре (мм3), либо в крови в целом.

    Цель

    • Рассчитать средний объем эритроцита и среднее содержание в нем гемоглобина, а также определить объем эритроцитной массы и уровень гемоглобина в крови.

    • Подтвердить диагноз анемии или эритроцитоза.

    Подготовка

    • Следует объяснить пациенту, что анализ позволит определить число эритроцитов в крови и выявить заболевание крови.

    • Следует предупредить его, что для исследования необходимо взять пробу крови, и сообщить, кто и когда будет брать кровь из вены.

    • Пациента предупреждают о возможных неприятных ощущениях во время наложения жгута на руку и пункции вены.

    • При взятии крови у ребенка необходимо объяснить ему или его родителям (если ребенок маленький), что у него возьмут небольшое количество крови из пальца или мочки уха.

    • Каких-либо ограничений в диете и режиме питания перед исследованием не требуется.

    Процедура и последующий уход

    • У взрослых и детей старшего возраста берут 3-4,5 мл крови в пробирку с раствором метабисульфита натрия.

    • У маленьких детей берут капиллярную кровь.

    • Место пункции прижимают ватным шариком до остановки кровотечения.

    • При образовании гематомы назначают компресс.

    Меры предосторожности

    • Пробирку следует наполнить кровью доверху.

    • Следует несколько раз осторожно перевернуть пробирку для смешивания крови с антикоагулянтом.

    • Следует бережно обращаться с пробой крови во избежание гемолиза.
