В настоящее время 3D-принтеры используются в автомобилестроении, создании самолетов, строительстве домов, пищевой промышленности и, конечно же, в медицине. 3D-технологии при операциях на почке: от хирургии виртуальной к реальной

В книге представлен уникальный опыт использования 3D-технологий при операциях на почке у 420 больных, страдающих раком почки, коралловидным нефролитиазом и гидронефрозом. Трехмерная обработка первичных мультиспиральных компьютерных томограмм с созданием объемных изображений анатомических и патологических структур при использовании программного обеспечения в формате Dicom Pacs позволяет планировать и осуществлять операции на почке у каждого конкретного больного с виртуальной оценкой интраоперационной ситуации на экране персонального компьютера, что подчеркивает персонифицированность методики. Виртуальное исполнение предстоящего пособия облегчает хирургу реальные интраоперационные действия, что сводит к минимуму количество возможных осложнений. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы в учебном процессе при изучении внутриорганной анатомии почек (ранее нигде не представлялась), виртуальном освоении операции начинающим хирургом и планировании опытным хирургом сложных операций.
